All orders over $150.00 are shipped FREE.  Only applies to US Contiguous States! 

*Our orders are shipped using USPS (media rate or book rate).  Not responsible for lost orders. Any order over $40.00 will be shipped UPS ground.  We do offer next day and 2nd day delivery for an additional fee.  Please call the order into the store so we can give you the appropriate shipping amount. Also make note that items lost in the mail are not our responsibility, and we will not be held responsible for items that are lost. All items are shipped using a tracking method. Please note that we will not ship A Beka items using USPS as we cannot guarantee that they will not be lost, and we might not be able to replace the item.  Therefore the minimum shipping for ABeka items will be $6.00.

Returns:

We do accept returns, but you must call the store within 7 days of purchase!  Returns are for STORE CREDIT only! (shipping charges are not refunded!)  Items must be returned in original condition.  Please call the store at  757-523-4965 Ex 1# for return authorization.  Returns mailed without return authorization are assessed a 10% restocking fee.  Return shipping is your responsibility.  We are not responsible if the product arrives back to us damaged.  We recommend returning your product using UPS or other such delivery company.  Any items that are CD's, Cassettes, or Computer licensed products, (ie Critical Thinking CD's or SOS), MUST be returned in shrink wrap or they are not returnable.  Store credit will only be issued once your return is processed.  Please allow at least 2 weeks to process a return during the months of November - February,  and up to 6 weeks to process a return in the  months of March - October.

* Please note that orders that qualified for the FREE shipping will be charged a shipping fee if your return causes the original order to fall below the FREE shipping amount.  Shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit amount on file.
